THE WILL TO CHANGE OUR DESTINY

Who knows what the future holds? You, me? nobody knows. You do know one thing though, you know exactly where you are today, where your feet are standing, with whom and with what. You also know where you were yesterday, the past. I suggest, whether the past was sweet or bitter, do not dwell and make yesterday your resting spot. Reflect on today, ask yourself if this is where you want to continue to be, then make choices to maintain it. If today is not a reflection of your desired destination, the more reason to strap on some tools and head for the improvement of your future, whether financially, spiritually, emotionally, socially, politically or in any way that means something to you. Do not just stare and not do anything.

WHY WORRY
WHY WORRY

TO WIN, MOVE!

It is so easy to fall for the depression and the hopelessness of a situation sometimes.

Fair enough, life has a way of beating us down. I know it, even I struggle with

motivating myself sometimes, I need someone to shake me out of my funk, or,

I need to seek the words of my go-to teachers and gurus, read my favorite

quotes, listen to sermons or music, or talk to people who are actually doing

the things I want to do with the energy I need. What I found, was that, in order

to stay motivated, I had to be in motion. Staying low, only served to depress me

more. Action makes you go faster if need be, but it is hard to suddenly pick up

speed if you were never in motion in the first place

Change How You Think

Enrich your mind by switching your perspective.

It starts with a deliberate intention to want a

different kind of result. Out with old and

unproductive habits, a desire for something

more, then action. First, your thinking,

change how you think, it begins there

PEARLS ON WEALTH SERIES

In the grande scheme of things, when all has been shared,

when all the work has been done, man goes down alone,

man is buried alone, unless unfortunately buried in a mass grave.

Most people who have time to prepare for their death,

leave a will if they have anything of material importance.

However, for the most part, when time comes to say that final goodbye,

people look for people, not money, people.

They seek out relatives long-lost, they want to reconcile with friends,

daughters, sons, spouses and neighbors; material things don’t

seem that valuable when you’re impaired, sick, or dying.

The folly of youth is thinking there is time, the justice of time is knowing

there isn’t any to waste. Make a connection with someone you know

that needs you, reconnect with someone you know you should never

have broken away from, if they are still available to make room for

you in their life. When it comes time for the closing of the eyes,

man goes down thinking of hearts, not gold, hearts.

Where is your wealth-building leading you today, what are you

investing in that will ensure you need not worry on your last breath?

who reaches for your hand? Will there be a hand to reach for? Wealth,

are you chasing the right wealth today?

PEARL # 76: AM I WORTHY

YES YES YES!

Our worth lies not in the things we accumulate that trim and dress us up on the outside. It is not in the bling, the glitz and the glamour. It is not in the places we dine whether four stars or five stars, neither is it in the people we are seen associating with. Our measure of worth just is, because we exist, we are human, and we occupy space in the earth. Nobody can determine our worth but us, therefore nobody can take it away unless we let them. You’re worthy of love, peace, joy, forgiveness, kindness and life!
