For the most part we train people on how they see us.
Whatever you tend to give out, people will tend to expect
it of us, and there is a chance when they interact with us,
that they act within the confines of what we put out.
If we are mean-spirited, angry, and easily set off all the time,
people will believe what they see and tend to expect that the
moment they see us. In addition, they automatically call forth
their inner fighter when you are around, a contentious environment
even without provocation yet.
On the other hand, if you are generally kind, warm, funny and
easy-going, people expect that and reciprocate. So ask yourself today,
if you are not pleased with the behavior of people around you,
what is your contribution to that?
