MY DAILY PRAYER

Dear God, it’s me again
I thank you for the gift of life you bestowed on me today again. I never take it for granted Father.

When I think of all those who went to bed last night but passed on to the other side before dawn, I can’t help but feel chosen.

I didn’t do anything special to merit this breath today. I didn’t find a cure for anything, I didn’t fight any war; all I did was live my ordinary life

Thank you for showing up to show me I’m more than ordinary. I’m a child of the most High God. I’m blessed beyond measure from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. In my comings & in my goings

Today as I draw near to Thee O God, protect me & my household as we shall serve you all the days of our lives. Amen
