Most journeys are planned; the destination, route, objective & estimated time of arrival
We inform people of the trip, some in advance, & others only when we arrive
Then we plan our suitcase, this is very important for we cannot take everything
Usually a change of clothes, food, money, important documents, a map, laptop, photos,
to name a few. We do all this for journeys that take only a day, or two or a week.
Now, when it comes to the journey of our daily life do we plan this much, or do we
just allow things to happen. What’s in your suitcase of life?
For me, I am learning that in my suitcase I should have God’s Word
whether written in my heart or carried in print like the Bible, for others,
the Torah, Quran, etc. I need my family, love, compassion, wisdom, a sense of humor,
infinite ability to forgive, quality people, internet access, lots of good music, a job, a plan
How about you, what’s in your suitcase?
