Even the greyest and darkest of clouds have their purpose. For someone in the scorching heat of the desert somewhere, they would give anything  for your blue skies. So no matter what comes your way, somehow find a way to see usefulness in it even if its not evident at the time, try.  That goes indirectly for trials and tribulations in your life, somewhere out there somebody is going through something worse, so in your tears still be thankful.
