TRUTH

Wherever your truth is, therein lies half your battle done.  There are times in our lives when our most truthful moment comes when we stare at our reflection in the mirror, not for the purpose of admiring what we see, or to criticize what we see, or one final glance at our mask before we step out into the world. I’m talking about looking in the mirror and making eye contact with the eyes that stare back at you. Try this, see if you last 60 seconds, ……….what did you experience? Did you take it for granted that you always knew what you just experienced?
