Everyone always says it is better to solve all your issues before bed, basically don’t go to bed angry. But how many times do we really practice this? Sometimes isn’t it better to just “sleep on it” and wake up with a new perspective, than rush into “talking it out” in all your emotional glory and making an even bigger mess? What do you think?
Agreed….don’t go to bed with anger in your heart for sure, but leave the talking for the next day 🙂
