Time spent in idle self-pity, is time wasted indeed

Time spent in constructive self-evaluation is time gained indeed

Whether we make the choice to wallow in self-pity, or rejoice in self discovery

the time will still go by, there will still be 24 hours in the day

the dawn will break, leading to noon then nightfall will come again
